David Andersen was admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts in 1979. David graduated Wayne State University Law School with honors and received his Bachelor of Science at Grand Valley State University. David is able to practice in all Michigan Courts, state and federal as well as the appellate and Supreme Courts of Michigan and the United States. David is a Board Certified Specialist in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, specializing in debt relief through Chapter 13 payment plans and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. David has filed thousands of bankruptcy cases over his 40 year career and is a partner in the firm. David is recognized as an industry leader.
